Terms of use — Casus Foederis for Android

Version of 4 November 2026 · These terms are also available in Polish.

These terms apply to the game “Casus Foederis” for Android (pl.casusfoederis.gra), which you download from Google Play. The game is made and published by Casus Foederis Studio (“we”). Questions about the game or a purchase: support@casusfoederis.com.

The trader details required by law are shown on the game’s page in Google Play. Downloads and purchases in Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

1. Licence

You may install the game on the devices you use and play it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent or distribute copies of the game or of its parts, or remove notices about authorship and licences. This does not limit what the law or the licences of individual assets (point 6) allow you to do.

2. Demo and full version

The game is free to download and includes a demo: the opening part of a game. The rest is unlocked by a single in-app purchase of the full version through Google Play — no subscription, no ads, no other payments. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy. After the purchase you continue the game you started.

Payment is handled by Google. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policies: you can request one in Google Play or write to support@casusfoederis.com. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including those on withdrawal from a contract for digital content, are not affected.

3. Playing without the internet

The game works without an internet connection. A connection is needed only to buy the full version and to restore the purchase through Google Play. The game has no accounts, no online features and no servers of ours.

4. Saved games

Games and settings are saved only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them, and we cannot restore them. A purchased full version comes back after reinstalling, because the purchase is recorded in your Google Play account. What data the game handles: privacy policy.

5. Updates and your rights

We may release updates that fix errors or improve the game. Under the law of the European Union and of your country you have statutory rights if the game or an update does not work as described (lack of conformity of digital content). These terms do not exclude or limit those rights, nor any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond those rights we give no extra guarantee — for example, that the game will run on every device. Please report problems to support@casusfoederis.com.

6. Copyright and licences of assets

The game — its program, texts, map drawing, seal and icons — is the work of Casus Foederis Studio; we reserve all rights in it to the extent the law grants them. Engravings, portraits and paintings are public-domain works reproduced from museum and library collections, most of them released by the institution under CC0 or as public domain. The music recordings are released under CC0. The map is drawn from Natural Earth data with relief from shadedrelief.com (both public domain). The typefaces are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the app’s software libraries under their own open-source licences. These assets keep their own licences. The full list of sources is in the game (“About”) and at Licences and sources.

7. Contact

Questions, bug reports and purchases: support@casusfoederis.com. Other matters: contact@casusfoederis.com.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

9. Changes

We may change these terms, for example with a new version of the game; the new version is published at this address with a new date. A change does not take away anything you have already bought.
